Tu Bishvat
The Jewish holiday of Tu BiSh’vat, sometimes known as Jewish Arbor Day, celebrates the wondrous natural world around us.
In the Jewish mystical tradition, the image of the tree became a metaphor for the cosmic source that connects all life as well as our own role in healing ourselves and one another.
This year, we especially want to express our hopes, dreams, and aspirations for reconciliation and peace!
Rabbi Aaron is looking forward to seeing all of you at this next class where he will talk about the meaning of Tu Bishvat, and we will enjoy a kabbalistic seder of fruits native to Israeli, and Mexican trees!
Rabbi Aaron brings his extensive experience as a community leader to bring spirituality, learning, and joy to Jewish life and celebration.
