Description de l'événement
Selected “Politics, Laughter & Obsession” films at Teatro Santa Ana, La Biblioteca, every Wednesday in June
🎥The Big Lebowski | Dir. Joel Coen & Ethan Coen
In English | 117 min.
🎞Set in Los Angeles, the film follows Jeffrey “The Dude” Lebowski, an aging slacker whose laid-back existence is disrupted when he is mistaken for a millionaire with the same name.
What begins as a case of mistaken identity spirals into a convoluted scheme involving a missing trophy wife, pornographers, nihilists, and a ransom that may or may not exist.
The Dude, accompanied by his volatile friend Walter and the hapless Donny, drifts through the chaos with detached confusion, guided less by logic than by circumstance.
𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗺𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗿.
