Description de l'événement

DISCOVER YOUR AFROCOLOMBIAN DANCE

A physical journey through the traditional rhythms of the Atlantic and Pacific Coasts of Colombia.
In this workshop, you will explore cumbia, currulao, bullerengue, and other ancestral rhythms from your own body. It's not about learning steps, but about awakening the rhythm that already lives within you.
Through a progressive and accessible methodology, you will connect with movement from your center, learn to breathe the rhythm, and discover the freedom of guided improvisation.

For all levels and nationalities. No previous experience required, just curiosity and willingness to move.

Fun, connection, and movement guaranteed.
