Breathwork & Art Therapy Workshop with Lily Hardy

Join Lily Hardy for a transformative Breathwork & Art Therapy Workshop designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection with yourself.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Lily integrates science, spirituality, and trauma-informed practices through somatics, yoga, breathwork, and nervous system-informed CBT coaching. Her work is grounded in Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
During this session, participants will be guided through a powerful psychedelic-style breathwork experience using only the breath, creating space for emotional release, self-exploration, and feelings of connection. Afterward, participants will use color and creativity to express and integrate their experience through art.
No artistic experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome, and all materials are provided. Participants can take their artwork home as a reminder of the experience.
