**Synopsis:** Would you like to move with greater freedom, improve your mobility, and strengthen your body in a mindful way? We invite you to take part in the Flowback workshop: Conscious Movement, Strength and Freedom of Movement, an experience that combines somatic education, yoga, tai chi, Animal Flow, and functional training to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through fluid and natural sequences. Come and discover a new way to inhabit your body. We look forward to seeing you!

**Costs:** $700 for 3 sessions
