Event Description

Introductory group sessions in the Alexander Technique focused on releasing unnecessary tension, improving posture, and moving with greater ease.

In these sessions you will learn:
• Cómo reconocer y liberar la tensión innecesaria en las actividades cotidianas.
• Cómo mejorar la postura y el equilibrio.
• Cómo experimentar una mayor facilidad para sentarse, ponerse de pie, caminar y respirar.

Teachers: Amy Likar and Pablo Buniak, certified Alexander Technique teachers.

Location: El Sindicato, Centro Cultural Comunitario, Recreo 4, Centro, San Miguel de Allende.
Schedule: Saturdays April 11 and 25, and May 9, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
