Alejandra Morales

Since childhood, Alejandra Morales has found her path in music through her voice, leading her to experience different styles and life lessons. She began playing guitar at age 12, allowing her to join various bands across a wide range of musical genres. At the same time, she has been composing her own songs to accompany her on this journey.

She studied for a career as a Piano Instrumentalist at the University of Guanajuato, where she has had the opportunity to advance her professional musical path. She is also part of the gypsy jazz group called Swingaros. With this band, she has performed at various cultural venues and festivals across the country, such as Sótano Stallworth, International Jazz Day at the Cervantes Theater, the Morelia Gypsy Jazz Festival, the San Miguel de Allende Jazz & Blues Festival, and the 7th León Jazz Cycle. This has also allowed her to explore the genre through various ensembles in different formats, including as a soloist.

In addition, she has ventured into musical theater as an actress and composer for independent and institutional plays, which has helped expand her artistic background even further.

Currently, she is a singer and assistant percussionist for the early and Sephardic music ensemble called Samadhi.
