Alyssa Pfennig is a medicine woman and integrative wellness practitioner offering healing with horses experiences in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Her sessions and retreats are held at Rancho Corazón de Nopal, where equine guided ceremony meets breathwork, yoga therapy, and ancestral lineage work. Offerings include private equine guided wellness sessions, her flagship retreat Between Worlds: Ancestral Encounters with Horse Medicine, and Between Worlds Gatherings, quarterly series of in-person events, live-streamed from San Miguel exploring different themes related to horses and ancestors (online access available).
