Sinfonía de Cristal (Crystal Symphony) is a bath of sacred sounds to harmonize your inner peace 😇

The session begins with a brief explanation of what Sound Therapy is, the difference between Tibetan singing bowls and quartz crystal bowls and how vibrational frequencies work for relaxing and well-being.

After a series of breaths, participants will begin a guided relaxation process.

Participants can lie down or sit to receive the therapy.
