LISTENING SESSION: The Durutti Column 'Renascent'

There will be a series of 'listening sessions' kicking off this Thursday evening at La Cabra Iluminada, 6:30pm.

The idea is a simple listening session. An album will be played in full, and afterwards, there will be some similar music played to finish out the evening.

This one will feature the latest LP by The Durutti Column. (here's a link to check it out... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hahSvQ8biu4&list=PLVW7dkFQC6l8). It is a very relaxed, ambient style music with great guitar work. Very laid back, maybe even 'bittersweet'.

This is not a discussion, but simply a chance to hear the album in full, in a relaxed surrounding, at a nice volume. (there will be no house music, no rap or hip hop either, so no worries)

We hope you will come enjoy this opportunity to unwind and relax, and discovering some new music and making new friends.

6:30 pm at La Cabra Iluminada, Hidalgo 13.

Hope to see you there!

(ps. if you need more info, stop at the cafe or come by Noisy Records, Hidalgo 37)
