Synopsis:

Sebastián (17) takes care of his uncle's small motel, which is located on the desolate tropical coast of Veracruz. Miranda (35), a real estate agent in the area, occasionally meets Mario, her lover, at the motel.

Mario always arrives late for their romantic encounters, so Miranda has to wait for him. During those dead times, Sebastián and Miranda get to know each other and will establish bonds even though deep down they know that their story is temporary.
