Description de l'événement

Cine Club En Cartelera invites you to enjoy Spanish cinema at Teatro Santa Ana

Todo el Silencio. A film by Diego del Río | Mexico | 2023 | Rating: B | Spanish language | 5:20 pm | Free admission

Diego del Río creates a debut film that maintains echoes of his other passion, theater.

Together with his lead actress, Adriana Llabrés, they carry out an exercise on communication, sound, and disability that becomes personal recognition.

Synopsis:
Miriam has an intense and stimulating life: she does theater, has her girlfriend Lola, teaches sign language because she is the daughter of deaf parents, and knows how to be among the deaf and hearing with the same ease.

Everything changes when she starts to lose her hearing. A world she knew from the outside, now competes with her intimately. The threat of deafness also forces her to rethink her identity.
