"A film about angels, love, and the soul of Berlin. Discover the beauty of life through the eyes angels."
Wim Wenders' Wings of Desire is a breathtaking meditation on life, love, and the human experience. Set in a divided Berlin before the fall of the wall, the film follows two angels, Damiel (Bruno Ganz) and Cassiel (Otto Sander), who observe and listen to the lives of the city’s inhabitants. With its ethereal cinematography and poetic storytelling, Wings of Desire offers a poignant exploration of the universal longing for connection and the transitory nature of existence.
Following the film, there will be a discussion with Amy Cotler.
