Event Description

This Tuesday, January 27, experience an intimate and deeply moving cinematic event with Train Dreams, directed by Clint Bentley and starring Joel Edgerton.

Based on Denis Johnson’s acclaimed novel, the film transports us to the early 20th century to tell the story of Robert Grainier, a railroad worker and lumberjack whose simple life is touched by unexpected beauty and a deep emotional weight amid an America that is changing rapidly.

With delicate and visually powerful storytelling, Train Dreams builds an almost mythic tale without losing the intimacy of the human experience. A story about time, memory, and transformation.
