Event Description

Selected films at Teatro Santa Ana in La Biblioteca every December Wednesday.

Inside Picasso's head | 2025 | Mexico

Documentary / Art / Experimental | Dur. 75 min

Remix and new soundtrack by: Elías Nahmías

Based on Le Mystère Picasso (1956) by Henri-Georges Clouzot

In French with English subtitles

The film offers an immersive journey into the mind of Pablo Picasso, transforming Clouzot’s visual experiment into an introspective portrait of creativity itself with a completely new soundtrack that updates and redefines the work.

Through sound and rhythm, the documentary invites viewers to experience the painter’s process from within—to listen to his silence, his pulse, and his imagination as he brings his art to life on screen.

After the screening, there will be a discussion with the filmmaker Elías Nahmías.
