Event Description

We invite you to enjoy The Baker’s Wife, a classic French film directed by Marcel Pagnol and starring Raimu and Ginette Leclerc. The story follows a small town that celebrates the arrival of a new baker, but everything changes when the young baker’s wife runs off with another man and, devastated, he stops baking, plunging the town into unexpected chaos. With humor, tenderness, and an emotional undertone, this film is a beloved gem of classic cinema.
