Event Description

Tarantula is an open studio exhibition by Isis Rodriguez, featuring her new series in progress for the fall season. The exhibition runs October 17 through November 14, 2026. Visits are by appointment only; arrange a visit via WhatsApp at +52 415 196 7200. The work explores the tarantula, a large furry spider native to Mexico, known in Nahuatl as Tōcatl, and its associations in Mesoamerican cultures with the deep earth, darkness, and the underworld, Mictlan.
