Event Description
Enjoy the 🎦broadcast of the concert “Sam Eastmond - Bagatelles de John Zorn” of the Festival Internacional Cervantino.
Dur. 80 min
The London-based composer, arranger, and trumpeter presents a fresh interpretation of selections from John Zorn’s Bagatelles cycle — a collection of three hundred short pieces.
Performed with a contemporary chamber ensemble, these works are approached with openness, collaboration, and expressive freedom, while preserving their experimental spirit and distinctive rhythmic and harmonic character.
