Event Description

Enjoy the 🎦broadcast of the South Korean Dance “Jajack Movement - Samsara of Blossom” of the Festival Internacional Cervantino.

Dur. 60 mins.

This performance captures the profound essence of Korean philosophy from the Joseon Dynasty and the delicate aesthetics of artificial flowers, centered on the theme of reincarnation.

The plum blossom, a symbol of maternal love, represents a powerful life force. For centuries, this flower was cherished in the royal court of Joseon, where artisans crafted the exquisite Yun-hwae-mae — plum blossoms made from beeswax.
