La Factoría en Bennu

Event Description

Join Bennu restaurant for two special nights featuring some of the best dairy products from the region and the country. La Factoría produces artisanal cheeses made from free‑range A2/A2 cow’s milk from the local area, and Bennu will be serving a special menu built around their products.

On April 11 and 12, enjoy a chef‑driven menu that highlights real sourdough, fermentation, and true dairy at the same table. Two nights only, with limited seating. RSVP required via Bennu’s social media link in bio or by phone.
