Event Description

In September we started the preparations to celebrate our homeland, region and traditions!

As the first session of the cycle of talks, the party that unites us, the Arch. Patricia Merrill will talk about “Humor and surprises in Mexican cuisine”

This talk will guide you through a journey through Mexican cuisine and the expressions we use when referring to food. Through anecdotes and everyday situations we realize how our sayings and ways of asking or sharing reveal our identity.

Patricia Merril is the author of the book The Good Enjoyment Book, she will tell us how the taste and words mix to create traditions that unite us and that pass from generation to generation.

Come and enjoy the Mexican culture from what we eat and from what we say in doing so.
