Hernán, The passion for the land

As part of the Arts Festival 2026, we have the honor of presenting an exceptional conference by Lic. Saturnino Herran Gudiño, President of the Saturnino Herran Cultural Foundation, A. C., grandson of the illustrious painter Saturnino Herran, one of the greatest exponents of Mexican art and a fundamental figure in the construction of national pictorial identity.

Through an intimate and enriching journey through the life and legacy of an author who contributed to defining the identity of Mexican art, this conference will allow us to discover the transcendence of an artist whose work continues to inspire generations of artists and move by his deep sensitivity, his humanist vision and his extraordinary contribution to the cultural heritage of Mexico.

An unmissable experience for those who wish to approach the history of art from the voice of those who protect and spread the legacy of one of our greatest masters.
