Event Description

"He has performed recitals at renowned venues throughout Mexico, including the **Museo Iconográfico del Quijote** as part of its *Musical Thursdays* concert series, the **7th International Guitar Festival** in Salamanca, Guanajuato, the **Classical Guitar Festival** at Teatro Juárez in Guanajuato (2015), and the **San Miguel de Allende Chamber Music Festival** (2018).

He has also participated in numerous national and international guitar festivals. He was a semifinalist in the **Annual Texas Guitar Competition**, organized by the **University of Texas at Dallas** in Richardson, Texas, in March 2012 and again in February 2014.

As a composer, he was a finalist in the **1st Portugal International Composition Competition** (2020) with his work *Three Micropieces for Guitar* (*Tres micropiezas para guitarra*).

He is currently active as a concert guitarist and composer."
