El proceso de escritura de "Yo, la peor" Por Mónica Lavín

Event Description

Discover, in the voice of the writer Mónica Lavín, her writing process behind: “Yo, la peor.” Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz’s historical novel.
In this talk, we’ll approach fiction based on historical facts and understand the keys to that appropriation or fictional construction, the use of archives, and the historical landscape as triggers.
Come and discover the creative process that Mónica Lavín developed to write one of the most acclaimed novels of her career—an award-winning work that received the Ibero-American Novel Prize Elena Poniatowska.
Carmen Rioja will guide this conversation with Mónica Lavín. At the end, you’ll be welcome to have the writer sign one of her books.
