attends the screening of the first part of this documentary, the second part will be screened on October 6
The Prince of Nanawa. A documentary film by Clarisa Navas
Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, Germany. | 2026 | 90 min. | classification B | In Spanish
Ángel, a nine-year-old boy, films his life in the territory that unites —and separates— Paraguay and Argentina. Between freight traffic and the urban frenzy, where Guaraní and Castilian float, Ángel parades before his camera and that of the director Clarisa Navas.
Clarisa directs this epic coming-of-age to narrate the angel's passage through adolescence towards adulthood, and the formation of her identity.
For ten years, the images recorded by Ángel and the meetings with the director attest to the decisions that are beginning to define her future.
