🎬Nuestra Tierra. A documentary film by Lucrecia Martel Argentina, USA, Mexico, France, Holland, Denmark | 2026 | 122 min. | Rating B

🎞 The oral and public trial for the crime of Javier Chocobar arrives, community member Chuschagasta murdered in 2009 while fighting the eviction of his indigenous community from his ancestral lands in Argentina.

The video of the murder, leaked on the Internet, increases the pressure on the judicial system. Meanwhile, the voices and photographs of the community in this film reveal the remote origin of the crime, rooted in a history of territorial usurpation that extends from the colonial era to the present.
