Event Description

As he pedals through the streets of Paris to deliver meals, Souleymane repeats his story. In two days, he has to go through his asylum application interview, the key to obtaining papers. But Souleymane is not ready.

A compact, breathless film that skilfully uses its dire atmosphere to show the other side of the Parisian coin. Aubu Sangare, in his debut performance, does a tremendous job at keeping everything genuine, personal, and impactful. 2024 CANNES JURY PRIZE WINNER & BEST ACTOR.
