Event Description
UNICUS Habitat Gastronómico and CURADO present a special Chef’s Day Takeover in San Miguel de Allende. This in-person culinary event features a 6-course tasting menu with a 3-drink pairing. The menu includes: 1) Five-Mushroom Croquette, 2) Salmon-Cured Filo Pastry Sandwich, 3) Pork and Guanciale Ravioli, 4) Poblano and Duck Arancini, 5) Goat Cheese and Basil Ice Cream Mousse, and 6) Basque Tiramisu Tart. The beverage pairing includes a fresh welcome mocktail/cocktail, a signature mid-course cocktail, and specialty coffee or cold brew to close. Held at CURADO, Salida a Celaya 7, San Miguel de Allende.
