This March, The Restaurant in San Miguel de Allende celebrates a rare milestone: 18 years of continuous service, creativity, and community—alongside the 18th anniversary of its legendary Burger Night. Framed playfully as “she’s finally legal,” the celebration unfolds as a three-day experience that mirrors the soul of the restaurant itself: irreverent, refined,
and deeply rooted in connection.

The weekend kicks off Thursday, March 5th, with an all-out Burger Night blowout featuring slider-sized burgers from local guest chefs, DJs, lowrider bicycle convoys, street-level spectacle, and a cholo kickback vibe that honors where it all began. Saturday shifts gears into a six-course fine dining anniversary dinner led by guest chefs and paired exclusively with local Guanajuato wines, while Sunday closes the circle at Chef Masterton’s ranch with a cookout featuring barbacoa, mariscos, Birdie’s Burgers, soft serve, live music, and the extended family that has grown around the restaurant for nearly two decades.
