Biography:Poncho is a musician with a large trajectory. He started playing guitar at 16 in a wedding band in 1985, studied music in Escuela de Música de la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro and Escuela Nacional de Música de la UNAM. He has been playing in many different groups from Cancún to Victoria B.C., Canada.
He is currently living in San Miguel de Allende and performs with different projects:
His band “Flying Blues Inc” - A Blues-Classic Rock band with Fernando Gómez and Chay Soria.
"Velvet Pop" - A duet with Eliza Sękul
"Cósmico" - Latinamerican folklor fusion music: Rumba, Rock, Son and salsa with José Sesenta (pan flute ("zampoña"), vocals, quena and guitar) and Saúl García (vocals and percussion)
