Flamenco group made up of dancers, musicians and singers who are part of the San Miguel de Allende World Music Festival whose artistic direction is in charge of Ángela García “la yerbabuena”. The group has both tablao and theater shows always with live music and professional artists; among them the singer Alberto Solís, the singer Esther Asulito, and the guitarist Juan Rosas; as well as the dancers Arlene Nájera, Beatriz Oliver and Ana Daniela Alcalá. Flamenco Sketches is a dance, song and live music show that leads the viewer through the different flamenco styles. The bulería a palo seco where mastery of the compás and tapping exalts the senses; the sweetness of the sevillanas, the depth of the farruca and the energetic intensity of the tientos and the Bambera that undoubtedly transforms both the performer and the observer, and the magic of the Alegrías, a traditional palo from Cádiz. These Flamenco Sketches are intended to give the public a staging full of colour, joy, dramatization and mastery so that, in addition to being immersed in flamenco culture, they can experience together with the artists that mysterious dimension that sustains flamenco.
