Survivors
On the night of 26 to 27 September 2014, students from the University of Ayotzinapa were attacked by security forces in the city of Iguala/ Mexico. Forty-three students were kidnapped. Six people died during the night. Most of the kidnapped people are still missing. Ernesto and Eduardo were among the victims of the night. Unlike their abducted fellow students, they survived the attacks. To this day, they have not let go of that night and their lives have changed dramatically.

After the Guns
Five former members of the Zapatista Army of National Liberation (EZLN), who participated in the indigenous uprising of 1 January 1994, break their silence and for the first time without balaclavas narrate their motivations, experiences and wounds of that war.
"After the Guns" explores the risks and sacrifices they faced, seeking to change a reality marked by misery, oppression and oblivion. Benito, Elisa, Mario, Felicia and Luis Miguel delve into the motivations of the EZLN while reflecting on the transformations left by the armed struggle and the legacy that this learning leaves for future generations.
