Set in Tuscany, the film follows a British writer and an antiques dealer who spend a day together after a lecture on originality and imitation in art. What begins as a casual encounter gradually transforms into something more ambiguous.
As the two wander through villages, museums, and cafés, their relationship seems to evolve—or perhaps reveal itself—as husband and wife, strangers, or something in between.
Blending philosophical reflection with emotional intimacy, the film explores memory, identity, and the stories people create to sustain love.
Following the screening, there will be a discussion with Amy Cotler.
